網麻と呼ぶのは、素材の麻が大きな粗め目の織りで、大変通気性にすぐれているからです。

市販の商品ではなかなか見ることのない麻生地に、
阿蘇山の麓で取れる黄土と浅間山溶岩を細かく砕き、染料にしたもので一枚一枚染めています。浅間山のグレー色に、墨を少し加えて濃淡をつけています。
生地もめずらしいうえ、溶岩で染めたストールは、無造作に巻くだけで素敵な雰囲気を醸し出してくれるから不思議。

【お手入れ方法】
他のものとは別にして(単独で)、ご自宅で手洗い水洗いでお洗濯できます。
洗剤は、汚れた箇所に少量中性洗剤をご使用ください。
紫外線による褪色はしませんが、お洗濯で少しずつ色落ちしていきます。
風通しの良いところに干したあとは、適温でアイロンがけできます。アイロンなしのそのままの風合いでお楽しみいただくのもお勧めです。

This breathable open-weave linen stole is light and effortless to wear. The term ami-asa (open-weave linen) refers to its loosely woven structure, which allows excellent airflow and comfort. Even in hot summer weather, it is highly practical for UV protection and for staying comfortable in air-conditioned spaces.

The linen fabric itself is rare, and each stole is individually hand-dyed using finely crushed ochre collected from the foothills of Mount Aso and lava from Mount Asama. Sumi is added to the gray tones of Asama lava to create depth and subtle gradation, while gold pigment adds a quiet, refined accent.

The combination of this uncommon fabric and natural lava dyeing creates a stole that instantly exudes character and atmosphere—simply drape it loosely and it comes alive.

“Stole Embracing the Earth” carries the energy of the Earth itself. Wearing it directly is believed to offer a sense of grounding and energetic renewal.

Care Instructions
Wash separately by hand in water only.
Use a small amount of mild detergent on stained areas if needed.
While the colors will not fade from UV exposure, gradual color release may occur with washing.
Hang to dry in a well-ventilated area.
Iron at an appropriate temperature if desired, or enjoy the natural texture without ironing.
